 Bubba Mcdaniels loses to a hail-mary flying knee from Alexander Shlemenko of Russia

Team FUBAR’s Bubba Mcdaniels dominated the entire first round with the exception of the last 5 seconds, in which Alexander Shlemenko threw a last second flying kick that knocked the air out of Bubba. Mcdaniels could not recover in time to start the beginning of the second round. Shockingly, the flying knee connected to the upper chest area, landing in just the right place to immobilize Mcdaniels.
While McDaniels was seemingly saved by the bell, the Texan was never able to get off the canvas, and Shlemenko was awarded the TKO victory.
The EliteXC event was televised on Showtime.
